Inmates have access to books and magazines through the in-house library and reading rooms, fostering learning and constructive engagement. Cultural activities such as music and drama are conducted to nurture creativity and expression. Audio-visual entertainment, including television, cinema screenings, FM radio, and radio jockey activities, is also arranged for relaxation. Additionally, national and religious festivals are celebrated to promote unity, cultural values, and a sense of belonging among inmates.
